In February 2020 our well-attended Seminar was titled 'Small Business Success in a Changing Environment'. Our industry was, and still is, undergoing major changes - we had endured the fires - the pandemic hit - in March our borders closed to non-residents. Little did we know just how much our environment would change!
This year's seminar was even more important, and we designed it to keep us all Covid-safe.
Delegates welcomed the opportunity to personally connect, learn about our market, and share their concerns.

One of our guest speakers, Hunter Leonard, was keen to develop a focussed workshop that reflected the needs of all delegates. To help him tailor his presentation for specific needs, delegates completed a short, confidential survey.

At the end of Hunter's presentation, delegates committed to 2 or 3 key business actions over the following 3 months, and he is sending follow-up emails at 4, 8 and 12 weeks.
