Annual Seminar, Melbourne, 28 February - 2 March, 2025
HBA conducts Australia's largest dedicated seminars
for independent hearing healthcare business owners
Who should attend? We welcome all members and non-members.
We also encourage you to bring along your clinic teams, business managers and support staff - those who have attended our seminars and workshops welcomed the opportunity to hear our guest speakers, share their experiences with others in their profession, and it's always a great way to network.

The conference format: Based on Members' feedback, we are keen to keep the same format - cabaret-style seating for easy conversation between delegates, and for trade delegates to also participate.
Save the dates: Friday 28 February to Sunday 2 March 2025
Please note that Monday 3 March is a public holiday in WA.

Presentations will run, with breaks for morning and afternoon teas, and lunch:
-
Friday 28 February, 9 am - 5 pm, followed by Welcome Drinks
-
Saturday 1 March, 9 am - 5 pm, and a Gala Dinner
-
Sunday 2 March, 9 am - 1 pm.
Workshops: Thursday 27th afternoon, and Friday 28th pre-seminar.

Topics and Guest Speakers to be confirmed.

Points pending: AudA CPD and ACAud Inc. HAASA CEP.
Where? Pullman Melbourne on the Park, 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne. It is opposite Jolimont train station, with access to trams right outside the front door, and very close to the Melbourne CBD. Please note that it is not the Pullman near Albert Park.
Parking on-site is available.

A significant accommodation discount is available to delegates. The hotel is in the Rod Laver Arena precinct and quickly books out when concerts or events are announced, so we recommend that you book early, here, to avoid disappointment.

Perth, 2024

We took our Team to Perth again this year, and welcomed delegates at our one-day Seminar, where Guest Speakers discussed the status of our industry, and advised a wide range of 'Strategies for Business Success'.
Our 2024 Gold Coast Seminar was another overwhelming success
The HBA Board and Executive thank The Hon. Mark Butler, MP, Minister for Health and Aged Care, for opening our February 2024 Seminar, and for wishing us "... a fruitful and inspiring seminar", which it was!

The Minister acknowledged Members' significant contributions to Australian's hearing health, and commended the indispensable role of small-to-medium audiology businesses which raise awareness, provide solutions, and promote overall hearing wellbeing.

Gold Coast keynote speaker
Our keynote speaker, Dr Cliff Olson, AuD: "...Thank you Jane MacDonald and Stephen Logan ...
I've got to say that this was one of the absolute best conferences that I have ever attended inside of independent practice. So guys, keep up the great work. The Hearing Business Alliance is fantastic when it comes to uniting a lot of like-minded individuals who truly care about high-quality hearing care here in Australia."
